Diligent contract management = effective profitability management.  Diminished project profitability is directly proportionate to how much work you did for which you did not get paid.  Scope creep kills margins.  We can help you assert the contract limits with the project owner.

Diligent cash flow management = increased flexibility and sleep-filled nights.  Most companies are good at managing their payables – ‘just say no’ until there’s money in the bank.  Progress payment miscues can rob precious time and reduce in-flows.  We can help in the early days of the contract and with each successive invoice cycle to make sure the pump is primed and proper supporting documentation is in the owner’s hands on time.
